EPASS Renewal applications at epass.cgg.gov.in, EPASS 2012 -13 Renewal All BC, EBC students has a annual income of less than Rs. 1 lakh of parents are eligible for ePASS fee reimbursement registration, SC, ST students annual income 2 lakhs ePass Renewal application registration for 2012-13 in epass.cgg.gov.in Government of Andhra Pradesh is inviting online applications through ePass website for the renewal of Post Matric Scholarships. Epass Renewal Online Application for the year 2012-2013 in epass.cgg.gov.in website from 08.07.2012 to 31.08.2012. EPASS means Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships. EPASS Website http://epass.cgg.gov.in/. Fresh Applications for Renewals for the academic year 2012-2013 starts from today onwards.  Students are must login their own account details to fill the epass fresh   Renewal online application 2012-13 year. Students should provide the certificate for provided to next year. All details are providing at the time of epass online application.
Students (other than minorities) must visit the e-pass website at http://epass.cgg.gov.in. To apply for scholarship. All minority students including BC E (Muslims) shall apply in the website www.apsmfc.com. Online fresh registrations for scholarships to students pursuing college courses for the academic year 2011-12 will commence from 02-11-2011 to 21-11-2011. The scholarship process has been made fully online by the Social Welfare Department.
How to Renewal EPASS 2012-13 Application:
 The following documents are required to apply for a scholarship and they have to be submitted, along with hard copy of application form, to the concerned Principal of the college.
  • SSC ID (Hall Ticket) Number to access the application.
  • Board of Intermediate Hall Ticket number where applicable.
  • CET (Common Entrance Test) number in case of professional courses.
  • Caste Certificate.
  • Income Certificate (vide reference 2nd, 3rd and 4th cited)
  • The following documents must be scanned & uploaded on the website.
  • Caste Certificate.
  • Income Certificate (vide reference 2nd , 3rd and 4th cited)
  • Latest photograph.
Savings bank account number in the name of the student and joint account for students below 18 years i.e. in name of student and parent (The first page of the pass book showing name, account number & IFSC Code must be scanned & uploaded), CET/ M Tech/ ME/ M Pharmacy/ M Arch/ M Phil/ Ph.D etc allotment order
Further the following fields are mandatory in the online application form--
  • E-mail account.
  • Mobile Number (either in Student / Parent / Relatives Number)
  • Bank account no of any scheduled bank having online facility, with correct IFSC code.
All Welfare departments shall give wide publicity on the registration process for fresh scholarships and ensure that the registration process will be completed by 15.08.2012.

3.Income Declaration form in Judicial Stamp paper. these three are compulsory uploaded in EPASS renewal application in online.

  2. Epass user id and pass word for this you can enter Enter Application ID for the previous epass application,SSC Pass Type like regular/supply and SSC HallTicket Number, year of passing ssc and you should have Email id these are enough to get your Epass Renewal password and Id.

  24. sir, I recently renewed my application form but when i checked the status of my app.form i get the status of my bank a/c no. as A/c Validity & A/c Holder Name in Bank Not Validated. I already faced this problem during my Btech 1st yr then i contacted dist.welfare officer my a/c no. was validated but i still dint receive my scholarship. I am worried sir plzzz help me out what to do ............
