ehf.gov.in for health cards online entry for employees, Pensioners now apply AP State Govt. Employees and AP State Govt. Pensioners for Health Cards in online at ehf.gov.in website, Medical Health Support Services (MHSS) is a health contact center for the citizens of Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh Government Is Introducing Health Cards for Employees and Teachers of Government. AP State Govt. Employees Pensioners Health Cards applying candidates should carry these details to apply in online at ehf.gov.in, they are as follows,

Required details to apply health cards in online:
Step1: Candidates visit: www.ehf.gov.in website
Step2: Select “sing in” option at right side corner and select your designation like employee, pensioner etc
Step3: Now you can get a window with Login option you can enter your   Employee ID as a user name password as DDO code
Step4: Now you can enter into the main page of health cards online application enter your Aadhar card number and select option as Retrieve Details after this you can get full details of Health card application form in online
Step5: Enter Personal details like name, date of birth, gender, marital status, date of joining in posting, community
Step6: Address details of candidates and office with mobile number
Step7: Enter your Identification marks as per SSC certificate
Step8: Posting details like HOD, District, DDO code with school name, Designation
Step9: Pay details like pay source, PRC, Pay grade, current pay
Step10: Select CIC district to collect your Health card after approval
Step11: Save your details

This is the first step of Health card online registration at ehf.gov.in, The second part of Health card online registration at ehf.gov.in is Add Beneficiary details,  After completion of part-1 you can enter details of Beneficiary for this select “Beneficiary” option enter details like date of birth, Aadhar card number, name, relation with candidate, in case “Beneficiary” is also a government employee part-1 registration details all are required.

Uploads of “Beneficiary”:
Photo, Aadhar card in case of non- Employee
Photo, Aadhar card, Service register in case of Govt. Employee
After entering all “Beneficiary” details select “Save option”
All the uploads size below 200kb only

Now you can go to Add Attachments option in this candidate documents are attached like Photo, Aadhar card, SR (Service register), Now save all the data and take an print out check once all the details if all the details are correct go to “Submit Application” option after that taken print out and Sign the printed application and scan the singed application and upload, Now select “submit for Approval” option take a print out of your health card application form that’s it.
