How to pay your property tax online @ cdma.gov.in and what are the required details to pay property tax online? Citizens interested to pay your property tax online please follow this below mentioned way
Step1: Log on to www.cdma.gov.in website
Step2: Select Option “Pay your Tax online”
Step3: It can shows available services list
Step4: Select “Property Tax” option
Step5: Enter “Assessment Number”
Get your Property Tax Assessment Number here
Step6: you can get details of your Property Tax of Arrear amount and Current amount select these two and pay total Tax in online. Get property Tax online details read here.
After knowing the total amount now you can ready to pay please follows this way
Select Mode of Pay: Through given options in online commonly Credit Cards, Net Banking
Enter your Mobile Number
If you have any Email Id enter otherwise no problem
Now go to Submit option
Now your payment details are shown with full details check once and select pay option
Now you can get select your preferred payment method option select
Now select your payment mode and enter details of bank and go to pay now option.
Transaction Charges:
1. Net Banking: Transaction Charges @ Rs.3/- + 12.36 % Service Tax
2. Credit Card/Debit Card: Master/Visa Transaction Service Charges @ 0.74% per Transaction
Note:
1.In Case Your Payment Is Deducted By The Payment Gateway/Bank And You Are Not Redirected To This Site Due To Network Errors Or Disconnections And/ Or The Acknowledgement Is Not Displayed, Please Don't Pay Again. Please Check Your Bank Account If The Amount Has Been Debited. In Case, You Find The Entry In Your Bank Account, Please Contact Us : E-mail:epay.support@cdma.gov.in
2. Such Cases Will Be Processed Manually and Can Take Four To Five Working Days
3. Payment once made will not be refunded but will be adjusted against the same assessment number.
