Annual family income certificate for the financial year 2013-14 in the prescribed format issued by Tahsildar or higher officer
Certificate issued by Competent authority in case of differently abled candidate (PH candidate) (if applicable) Admission letter to Diploma / Degree course
Tuition Fee Receipt
Bank Pass Book showing name of the student, Account number, IFSC code and Photograph
Student PAN card (if available)
AADHAR card (if available)
Certificate issued by the Director/ Principal / Head of the Institute (Annexure-I)

The family Financial income below Rs.6 Lakhs per Annum but not exceed
The candidates secured admission in first year Diploma / Degree program during academic session 2014-15 through centralized admission process conducted by state admission counseling authority.
