New cards entered in e-PDS can be edited(Photo Upload.Seeding) in Deo login through Rachabanda Edit(II & III) screen. Approval & Distribution can be done using Rachabanda(II & III) Approval Screen, The cards which are approved by CCS will not be displayed in the dashboard under 'New' Tab
